We’re looking for two excellent communicators with a strong customer focus to become our new network coordinators. You’ll be supporting us to develop a new digital inclusion network in Australia, speaking to community-based organisations on a daily basis and helping them to deliver an amazing service.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters, able to work independently and use their initiative to provide efficient and effective customer service and offer support in a friendly way. You’ll be empowered to trial new ways of communicating and to help develop new tools and resources to support the network.

The Be Connected Network is a new network of community-based organisations supporting Australian seniors and other groups to build their digital confidence and skills. Good Things Foundation is working with the Australian Department of Social Services to build and manage this network through a three-year partnership programme.
